Good value with annual billing

I opted for the annual subscription for Flexibits Premium. The 33% saving compared to monthly was a big factor. I primarily use Fantastical for Windows. It was a good deal for the features offered. I checked out competitors like Reclaim.ai, but Flexibits seemed to offer more for the price point, especially with the annual discount. Felt like I got good value for my money.

Fantastical works great

Signed up for Fantastical for Mac. It's much better than the standard Apple Calendar. Setup was easy. I liked the clean interface.

Cardhop is awesome

I got Cardhop for iOS and it's fantastic! Managing my contacts has never been this simple. The parsing for adding new contacts is super quick and intuitive. I will definitely be renewing my subscription. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to organize their contacts better!

Premium plan is good, delivery could be faster

I purchased the Flexibits Premium Individual Plan. The features are really powerful, especially Openings and Proposals. It integrates well with all my devices. My only complaint is that it took a little longer than expected for the subscription to fully activate and sync across everything. Not a huge deal, but noticeable.

Good for business, detailed features

I looked into the Flexibits Business Subscription for our team. The trial for Fantastical and Cardhop worked well, showing how Calendar Sets and Contact Management could streamline our workflow. We decided to go with the annual plan. Integration with our existing Google Workspace was smooth, and the support documentation was quite helpful during setup. It's a solid tool for professional use, really helps with scheduling group meetings and client follow-ups. The pricing for multiple users felt reasonable given the feature set.

Easy to use Fantastical

I just tried out Fantastical for iPhone. It was pretty straightforward to get going. I liked how it handled my different calendars from work and personal stuff. Super easy to add new events. Felt pretty natural to use, way better than the default calendar app.

Is there any way to get a student discount for Flexibits Premium? I'm a uni student and every bit helps.

D Daniel Nguyen 1 month ago
I got one through my university email a couple years ago. Check their site or an EDU portal; sometimes they have a specific link.

Pretty sure they do! I remember seeing it mentioned. You might need to verify your student status somehow, like with an .edu address.

Is Fantastical generally considered safe with personal data, especially if I'm linking my Google Calendar and iCloud accounts?

Z Zach R. 1 month ago
I've been using it for years with both and haven't had any issues. They have a pretty good reputation for privacy, from what I understand.

Yeah, they're pretty transparent about data handling. It connects to your existing calendar services, doesn't store event details on their own servers or anything like that. Seems secure to me.

Can I use Fantastical on my new Apple Vision Pro? Or is it just for regular Apple devices?

E Elizabeth T. 1 week ago
Yep! They released an update for it. Saw some screenshots, looks pretty slick actually.

Yeah, it works on Vision Pro. They announced it when the device launched, so you're good there.

Thinking of switching from monthly to annual billing for Flexibits Premium. Is there usually a discount for doing that?

R Richard 3 weeks ago
Yeah, for sure. Annual billing is always cheaper than monthly if you break down the cost. Like, way cheaper over a year.

H Hannah M. 2 weeks ago
They pretty much always give a good discount for paying annually upfront. It's their standard thing.

Hey, wondering if the Flexibits Premium is worth it? I'm using the basic Fantastical right now and it's okay, but thinking about upgrading.

R Robert 3 weeks ago
totally worth it for me. the calendar sets alone save me so much time. and openings is super handy if you schedule a lot of meetings.

Yeah, I think so too. The family plan is great value if you have a few Apple devices shared with others. Plus, Cardhop being included is a bonus for contact stuff.
